We work extremely hard to deliver quality services to our patients. We recognise the importance of communicating effectively with our patients and hope our new social media pages will help to:

Social Media Policy

Our staff have a right to work in a safe and secure environment, free from abuse, and this extends to our online presence. Hurtful online comments can be extremely damaging to employee mental wellbeing, even if they are not the subject or target of the comment(s) made.

In accordance with the NHS Zero Tolerance Policy, we do not tolerate any offensive or abusive behaviour towards our staff, including comments, posts and activity taking place on social media platforms.

We want to hear if a patient has a negative experience of the Practice, and ask that this is shared with us directly by calling us on 01452 728882, submitting an online form, or coming into the Practice when we are open.
