The best way to track results of tests carried out at the Practice or in hospital is via online services.

We will usually only contact you with a test result if there is a problem or if urgent follow up action is needed.
If you do not have access to online services and wish to know the outcome of a test result, you can request via the link below, or you can telephone us after 2pm (Mon-Fri) on 01452 728882.
If you are a registered patient of Quedgeley Medical Centre and do not have access access to online services, you can request results of tests via the button below. Please note that this form will ask you:
- your first and last name, date of birth, sex, postcode, email and phone number
- if applicable, the details of the person you are completing the form on behalf of
