Opening times
Our doors are open as follows:
- Monday: 8am to 6.30pm
- Tuesday: 8am to 6.30pm
- Wednesday: 8am to 6.30pm
- Thursday: 8am to 1pm and 2pm to 6.30pm (CLOSED 1pm-2pm)
- Friday: 8am to 6.30pm
Our phone lines are open as follows:
- Monday to Friday mornings: 8am to 1pm
- Monday to Friday afternoons: 2pm to 6pm
Please note that phonecalls are automatically diverted to the on call doctor answering service between 6pm and 6:30pm.
Closures
The Practice is not open on weekends or bank holidays.
Getting help outside of Practice opening hours
Between 6:30pm and 8am, Monday to Friday, and all day at weekends and on bank holidays, your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
Enhanced service
We operate enhanced services as follows:
- Monday: 6.30pm to 8.15pm
- Thursday: 6.30pm to 8.15pm
- One Saturday per month.
The enhanced service is for pre-booked appointments only. On arrival, patients should ring the doorbell and wait to be let in. Please note that we cannot open the doors for any other queries during these times.
