What is the Patient Participation Group (PPG)?
The PPG is made up of a small group of QMC patients who aim to represent the views, needs, and concerns of our wider patient population.
We meet with them regularly to understand what the current thoughts/concerns of patients are and to hear about what we’re doing well and what we might do better.
We also share information about any changes within the Practice and any future plans that might impact patient care, with the PPG then acting as a voice to share this more widely among our patient population.
Anything you discuss with the PPG will be handled in confidence. The PPG will gather feedback from patients they speak with and share this with us in a structured, sensitive and anonymous way.
