Have your say

Feedback from patients is extremely important to us. It shapes the way we review, plan and improve our services.

NHS Friends and Family Test

The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) is an important tool to help people who use NHS services have the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience.

The FFT was created to help service providers and commissioners understand whether patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed. It’s a quick and anonymous way to give your views after receiving NHS care or treatment.

Feedback form

We value hearing about the experiences of our patients and recognise that listening to our patients is essential in how we plan, shape and improve our services.

You can share your feedback, thoughts and suggestions with us by completing our online Feedback Form.

Complaints

We want every patient to have the best possible experience when they access our services; however, we recognise that this is not always possible.

If you feel our services have fallen below an acceptable standard and wish to submit a complaint, you can do so in any of the following ways:

  • Online – you can submit a feedback form with details of your complaint.
  • In writing – you can write to us in the form of a letter or note (typed or handwritten) and hand it into the Practice or post it to us.
  • Spoken (verbal) – you can call us or visit the Practice and tell our receptionist or the clinician you are seeing and they will pass this on.
